APPLICATION PROCESS:
Submit application for all persons 18 and over.
APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT:
- Application Fee: $50 (Per Adult)
- Government Photo ID
- Social Security Card
- Verifiable Proof of Income Showing 3x Lot Rent
- Completed Application
All applicant's criminal histories are screened for the safety of our communities and well-being of our tenants. All adults are required to comply with the background check process. Future tenants, roommates, family members, etc. who intend to take future residence in any park owned or tenant owned home are subject to background check approval. Unauthorized occupants are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized residents found living onsite are subject to immediate eviction.
DO YOU HAVE A HOME TO MOVE IN?
Fantastic! In addition to approving you with the steps above, we need to approve the home you are moving in - IF USED.
- Please email or text us a pictures of ALL sides of your home.
- Each picture must be clear and include the whole home.
- Home must be skirted with only new skirting, within 60 days of move-in.
/!\ Pecan Way Community: If you are looking to move a home into Pecan Way, it must not be older than 20 years and/or must meet the 'new home look' requirements.
